planned on leaving at five in the am, however, that's when i woke up.
haha.
so we left at six.
it was pouring down rain.
pretty uneventful for a few hours.then in la grande, which is like four to five hours into the trip, we met amber on the road!
that was kinda fun.
especially after nothing-ness most of the morning.
around two all three of us decided to eat lunch in meridian, id (close to boise).
after that, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, we (natalia and i) resolved to stop and pick wild sunflowers on the side of the freeway.
HOWEVER, there was a rest stop close so we went to it instead.
and this is the reason for my blog.
we took pictures and here they are :)
the sun was in our eyes... but we have wild sunflowers so its ok :)
